Huge room with extremely comfy bed and particularly nice views. Favourable and strategic location in Kuantan, just off Teluk Cempedak, Zoo Teruntum and East Coast Mall and the city center.

Great location close to the beach, fun attractions, shopping spots, and the city center. 🏖️.

In general, I thoroughly enjoyed my tidy room in better condition than previous years. Shampoo and a soap were very handy. The location seemed great and easy near the beach.

the location was great as it was near the town center, cafes, and seafood restaurants. It was also conveniently located near other shops, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as the comfortable beds and roof view, were delightful. And lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was satisfying and a good way to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

The location turned out to be favourable. Again, it was within a 25-minute walk from Gelora Park.

Our recent stay at a hotel in Kuantan was quite enjoyable. The location of the hotel was prime as it was close to numerous local eateries. Our room was well-equipped with modern amenities and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially when we requested extra towels. The breakfast spread was decent with a variety of options. the hotel had a well-maintained swimming pool that we were able to relax in during our downtime.

We did notice some shortcomings during our stay. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

Overall the service was good,staffs friendly,good location.

The room had ants on the bed,once we finish our food in room,the empty plates was only collected the next day during room service,the plates were lying outside the entrance till the next morning.we book a family room and mentioned 3 person but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom.the mineral water also 2 bottles only.please take note and improve on this,otherwise everthing was fine.

The room is huge and tidy, comes with iron, better condition than previous years and basic equipment.
